Where do I park?

Feel free to park on the street, or there are two public parking lots in the area. One a block to the east of HPI, and parking lot one block north of HPI. If you have a dietary request, please let one of us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion with the exception of a few family and wedding party children. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off! If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations.

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail/semi-formal attire! Keep in mind the entire event will be held inside with a small lounge area outside. Ladies, feel free to wear those heels.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 12 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Lyft May be available in Mason City. There is also a taxi service in town - call (641) 423-4167.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes! We will have appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner and desserts available. For drinks, we have an open bar, and coffee. Be prepared to eat and drink the night away.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 3:45 to find your seat.

Do I have to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend?

Answer

No, but we highly encourage everyone to get vaccinated since this a large group gathering with many people from all over the country and potentially internationally.
