We would love for you to spend the weekend of June 5th-7th celebrating with us! However it is a long journey so if you would like to spend extra time on the island we recommend extending your trip to explore. We have a special rate Le Tropical from June 2nd-9th. Hotel, valet, and wedding event gratuities are covered. Elsewhere on the island, 5–10% is appreciated for excellent service.
Certainly! While we would love for you to stay with us at Tropical, we understand that everyone has different travel needs. We do want to note, however, that the Tropical will be used as a central location throughout our wedding weekend and event transportation will take place from the Tropical. Therefore we encourage those not staying at Tropical to stay close by to avoid driving or dealing with taxis. We must stress that staying near St. Jean will be easiest for guests (it's also the most walkable place on the island aside from Gustavia!) WIMCO and Airbnb villas are a great option, but please note that during the summer months, many villas require longer minimum stays. For hotel options that are walking distance to the Tropical, we recommend Hôtel Le Village Saint Barth.
We have tried to plan the weekend so our guests don't need to rent a car. Transportation to and from the airport is included with your room at Le Tropical and shuttles will bring us to and from the venue. Although there is no Uber or Lyft on the island, taxis can additionally be arranged by the hotel if need be. However, If you would like to explore the island, a car would be your best option.
