Travel Note
Traveling overseas isn't easy! Luckily, Sarah & Brendan have done it a time or two ;) Here are some things that help make international travel a little better. - Bring a portable battery. This will be useful during any long days exploring too! - Download some movies to your phone before you get on the airplane just in case your inflight seatback screen doesn't work - It's okay to get up an walk around on the long flight! Just be mindful of your flight attendants :) You might even find the good snacks in the back of the airplane - Noise canceling headphones & an AirFly to connect them to your seatback screen are lifechanging - Take a sleep aid like Melatonin during the meal service so that you will be ready for bed after you eat dinner - Dress in layers- either for a cold airplane or to cover your shoulders for a quick cathedral visit - Do your best to stay on the local time zone. Try your best not to nap the first day you land in Italy! Power through the day, go to bed early, wake up fresh and ready to explore
