Grizzly Bear Refuge
Take the scenic chairlift ride to the Grizzly Bear Refuge to enjoy an hour-long interpretive tour during which you can observe the resident grizzly, Boo. It is a 20 acre refuge is the largest enclosed and protected grizzly bear habitat in the world. Within this natural mountainside habitat, Boo hunts, forages, and explores this area. A great activity both both adults and the kiddos.
Mountain Biking

Hiking
There are several ridgeline hiking paths of the Selkirk and Purcell mountain ranges as far as the eye can see. Stepping off the gondola at the top of the mountain will induce feelings of wonder and awe. Hiking Trails from Easy-Difficult Easy: 1. Terminator Ridge (30 min-1 hr) 2. It's a Ten (1-3 hrs) 3. CPR Ridge (20-30 min) Difficult: 1. Dogtooth Ridge (1-2 hrs) 2. Terminator Peak (1-2 hrs) 3. T2 Peak (30 min-1 hr)
Via Ferrata - Climbing
Secured Climbing Route! If you are a climber and love adrenaline, this is yours to complete! This is a secured climbing route at the top of the mountain tackling the Terminator Peak's north face where you venture through 2 custom courses and 1 suspension bridge.
Disc Golf
There is a 18-hole disc golf course at the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort! This course overlooks the Columbia River Valley and Rocky Mountain. To access the course you take the Catamount Chair to mid-station. The course features holes ranging from 47m to 92m and provides a fun introduction to the sport as well as a challenge for experienced players.
