FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we’ve listed here, contact the mother of the bride, Karolyn Ratajczak, at 281-536-8188.
Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles picking up and dropping off guests at the 3 preferred lodging locations. Check our TRAVEL PAGE to see which 3 properties we have arranged shuttle services for. If you are staying elsewhere, you can still utilize the shuttles! We recommend parking at 7A Ranch and taking the shuttle from there.

Question

What is the parking situation like if I'm driving to the wedding?

Answer

We will have complimentary valet service at the ranch. The drive from the main road entrance to the ranch house is about 2 miles long. Be sure to look for directional signs along the way.

Question

What does "western chic" dress code mean?

Answer

While it is an evening wedding, it is also outdoors, so we want you to be comfortable throughout the night. See examples below, but we encourage our guests to express whatever level of Western flair you prefer. LADIES - dresses, skirts or nice pants along with boots, flats or wedge heels. The ground varies from concrete, to gravel, to grass, so you may want to leave the stilettos at home! That little black dress paired with some black cowboy boots, would work out just fine. GENTLEMEN - suit, slacks or nice jeans, collared shirt, blazer, boots or dress shoes. Cowboy hats always welcome!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We respectfully request no children at the event. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15 PM so we can avoid any confusing or awkward moments! Also, please keep in mind it is a 5 minute drive from the main road entrance to the house, so plan accordingly. We wouldn't want you to miss any of the good stuff!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

October 1, 2020

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

First and foremost, you will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.
