Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Tree House Brewing - Saratoga Springs
3376 U.S. 9, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Attire for the welcome event is casual and comfortable. We encourage you to dress for relaxing and mingling, and to bring a light jacket as we’re hoping to be outdoors for much of the evening.

For those arriving in town early, we’d love to kick off the weekend with a casual welcome event on Friday evening at Tree House Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs. Tree House is a brewery and distillery that also offers non-alcoholic craft coffee and mocktail options, along with excellent craft pizza. We’ll be providing pizza and covering everyone’s first beverage — alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The venue has a large indoor space as well as a fantastic outdoor area with plenty of seating, heaters, and lawn games. Weather permitting, we plan to spend most of the evening outside enjoying good food, good drinks, and even better company.

Rehearsal Dinner

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire for the rehearsal dinner is semi-formal. Guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to dress up and lean into the 1920s Great Gatsby theme if they’d like.

The rehearsal dinner will take place in the Garden Room at the Gideon Putnam and is an invite-only event for members of our immediate family and wedding party. Prior to dinner, we will hold a brief rehearsal at the outdoor ceremony space. Following the rehearsal, we’ll gather for dinner in the Garden Room. The meal will be buffet-style and will include vegetarian and kosher options. Wine will be available on the tables, and a full open bar will be provided.

Ceremony

3:45 pm - 4:30 pm

Attire for the ceremony and reception is formal, and guests are warmly encouraged to lean into our 1920s / Great Gatsby theme. The wedding party will be wearing dark green, black, and gold; you are welcome to wear these colors as well, just know you may match. The bride will be wearing champagne, so we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or champagne tones.

The ceremony will take place indoors in Arches. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm, but there will be a champagne greeting at 3:45pm. This will be a Jewish ceremony, and we kindly ask that male guests wear the provided kippah during the service. We are fortunate to have professional photographers and videographers capturing our ceremony. To help them do their best work, and so we can all be fully present in the moment, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and keep cell phones put away. Your thoughtfulness helps ensure clear views, uninterrupted moments, and beautiful memories for everyone.

The reception will begin with cocktail hour from 4:30–5:30 PM in the Gallery, located just outside of the Ballroom, followed by dinner and dancing in the Ballroom at the Gideon Putnam. An open bar will be available throughout the evening. Guests will enjoy a plated dinner with vegetarian and kosher options, followed by artisanal doughnuts from a local baker featuring fall flavors. Be sure to stop by the photo booth, complete with themed props, where you’ll also find our guest book — in true Court fashion, it will be a scrapbook, and we’d love your help filling it with memories. Don’t forget to visit the prohibition table to pick your poison, featuring bootleg spirits, cigars, and a few “herbal” indulgences for those so inclined. Then step onto the dance floor, raise a glass, and party like it’s 1926, Old Sport — champagne dreams, reckless joy, and all. It’s sure to be a night you may not remember, but will never forget.
