Arrival
1:00 pm
Please plan to arrive at our home after 1:00pm. Our wedding party will be starting down the aisle at 1:30pm, and we don't want you to miss it! Parking spaces will be marked out in our yard! Please enter on the first side of our driveway (it is horseshoe-shaped) and follow the signs.
Our Wedding
1:30 pm
Wear whatever you are comfortable in! We will be outside in the yard all day, rain or shine, under big event tents. Pennsylvania spring weather is unpredictable - we may be getting a bit muddy! If you want to dress up, go for it. If you want to wear jeans, go for it. We are most concerned with you being here and being comfy :)
After "I Do"
2:30 pm
We are planning on keeping our ceremony short and sweet! While we take pictures with various groups after saying "I do!", the chairs from the ceremony will be moved to the tables, you can find your seat, and there will be yard games out to play. Neither of us are dancers, so while we will have our first dance and parent dances and music playing in the background, there won't be a dance floor. Anticipate it feeling like a big family picnic!
Dinner
3:30 pm
We plan on gathering at the tables around 3:30pm. Dinner will be a self-serve taco bar (beef), so you can choose your style: classic tortilla, salad, or nachos!
Our Reception
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
After dinner, we'll have our dances and speeches, then it's dessert time! There will be cake to cut and cookies to enjoy :) The yard games will be out, music will be playing in the background, and family and friends will be sitting together and enjoying the afternoon. Chris and I would love to show you around our home and property during this time too!
Praise & Worship
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
We will close our celebration by pausing to praise and worship our awesome God! You can sit or stand, listen or sing - we just want you with us. It is Chris's and my top priority to have God as the center of our relationship, and we are making sure we pause, thank Him for the day, and ask His blessing over this new adventure.
