Madeline is Shelby's cousin by blood, friend by choice. It's a family thing, you wouldn't get it :) Mads and I share a love of drinking French 75's and obsessing over all things Harry Potter.

Regan and Shelby go all the way back to 6th grade art class and have been besties ever since. We peaked during middle school (go Patriots) and survived living together in the dorms at OU. Regan and Shelby enjoy caf dates and late night jam sessions to Royals.
Becca

Becca and Shelby met on their first day of French class together at OU. Becs and I are ~sorority sisters~ and bonded over living in the Pi Phi house together (Ring Ching!!!). We ruled the dance floor at all the date parties and never get tired of jamming out to Sam Smith and Tove Lo.

Kari and Shelby met through their S.O.'s Chris and Dylan who became lovers through OU's College of Dentistry. We first met one fateful night at Casino Royale and haven't looked back since. Our friendship continues to grow, one Disney movie at a time.
Mikael Ann

Mikael Ann and Shelby met through medical school and instantly bonded over all things Harry Potter. Don't call MA 'Mikael' or she will get mad. We have loved getting to experience Tulsa, going on fun dinner and ice cream dates, and figuring out how to navigate this crazy life as med students together.
Makenna

Makenna and Shelby met through medical school and have also grown their friendship by adventuring through Tulsa. Makenna is my go-to girl for poolside life advice and talking through the many details of wedding planning. Fingers crossed for matching in the same city and taking our friendship to another state as doctors!

Dylan’s brother from another mother. Most call it a bromance, but at this point, Shelby has (hopefully) given up caring. Cheers to you putting up with me for so long and wanting to continue doing so for some insane reason! Danke, dass du mein bester Freund bist!

Dylan’s second biggest cheerleader and all-around Superwoman. I think Berlian has honestly been the most invested person in the events leading up to the proposal and I am eternally grateful for her ability to help mitigate my stress through our chats and all of the dachshund-themed gifts!

Dylan’s dental school clinic partner and self-proclaimed “big brother.” Our relationship has been just like eating a Cabbage Patch Kid. “First they’re sour, then they’re sweet.” I never know what I’m going to get from Blake, but at the end of the day, he’s the epitome of a true friend.

Dylan’s spirit animal. Feisty, fun, and festive, Bree never fails to notice my mood and knows when to celebrate or empathize accordingly. Between the copious amounts of fun socks and cheese Bree has gifted me over the years, my favorite gift of all has been her unwavering friendship.

The good angel on Dylan’s shoulder. Any time I need to get something off my chest or have a shoulder to cry on while Shelby is in Tulsa, Brock is the (sometimes not so willing) ear and shoulder that I go to grumble on. I would’ve lost my mind years ago without him!

Dylan’s calming presence and guide. There is always a story that Gabe has that never fails to amaze me. If I ever need advice or an answer I may not want to hear but need to hear, Gabe is always there to give it to me straight.

The… other… angel on Dylan’s shoulder. With how competitive we both are, we have one of those rivalries that is similar to OU vs Texas and OSU vs Sports Relevancy. His claim to fame is being the second-best FIFA player in the room when he’s in the same room with me.

Evan is Shelby's nephew and is the most adorable almost-5-year-old you've ever seen. Shelby & Dylan love to play Ninja turtles and snuggle on the couch with Evan.
