Flight
BWI is conveniently located just south of Baltimore and is an uber ride away from the city. Since Baltimore is a "Southwest Hub" you may get your cheapest flights through that airline. BWI also has a number of car rental facilities onsite as well as the MARC train that will take you into Baltimore city.
