FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicolette Santino and Drew Massey
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive at the venue at 11:00 AM to be ready for the ceremony which will begin at 11:30 AM. Refreshments will be served prior to the ceremony.

Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, so SPF is recommended. We will provide parasols for the guests most affected by the sun. The reception is also outside, however this area is heavily shaded by trees and overhangs.

Question

Can I take pictures and video during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want during the reception.

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 24th. You will be sent a formal invitation in the mail. When you receive your invite, there will be an RSVP tab available on this wedding website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/ semi-formal attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so thinner fabrics are recommended for the mid-day weather. There will be a graveled floor and various wooden steps throughout the venue, so keep that in mind regarding shoe choices.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests formally invited. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift, but if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon, we would be so grateful. We are registered with Honeyfund at www.honeyfund.com/site/drewandnicolette2026 If you would prefer to give a card or a physical gift, there will be a designated table in the ceremony area.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Our venue, Bacari Silverlake, offers valet parking for $13. There is also the possibly of non-metered parking on Edgecliff Drive; however, this is not guaranteed. Uber and Lyft are highly recommended for ease.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we respectfully request an adults-only celebration.

Question

What's on the food menu?

Answer

Bacari is a Mediterranean tapas restaurant. To start, there will be tray-passed appetizers served by roaming waitstaff. For the sit down meal, each table will be served a variety of dishes to be shared family style.

Question

Will there be gluten free and vegan options?

Answer

Yes! Waitstaff will ask you about your dietary restrictions before the food is served. They will make any possible substitutions so that you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Question

How about the drinks?

Answer

Champagne, mimosas and water will be served prior to the wedding ceremony. Then, we will have one open bar during the post-ceremony cocktail hour and a total of 3 open bars throughout the reception until 5pm. The available alcoholic beverages include: two-part cocktails with house spirits (vodka & soda, gin & tonic, etc.), house wines (red, white, sparkling), Bacari beer and sangria, mimosas, bellinis, screwdrivers, & bloody marys. We will also have two specialty cocktails available. The available non-alcoholic beverages include water, soda, lemonade, tea and regular coffee. You can also choose to turn our specialty cocktails into mocktails. What's NOT included in our beverage service is: shots, neat & rocks pours, 3+ part cocktails, and specialty coffee (such as cappuccinos and espressos).
