Norfolk International Airport

For those guests that will need to fly, the Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is the closest airport to the island. It is about a 2-hour drive from the venue and offers rental cars through all the major carriers.

For guests flying in, shuttle service to the Outer Banks is available from Norfolk International Airport (ORF), Newport News/Williamsburg International airport (PHF), Richmond International Airport (RIC), and Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU). This hotel is within walking distance to Crew Quarter, where most of the wedding activities will take place. A shuttle will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn to the venue, Whalehead Club, on wedding day.

There are a few great vacation rental companies down here in the Outer Banks that have options for house rentals! Most rentals run for the entire week, but you can call in about special requests just for the weekend. Try to stay in the Corolla / Duck area to be closest to the wedding activities.
