Alpen Inn

We have a block of rooms reserved at the YMCA Alpen Inn from Thursday September 9th to Sunday October 2nd. To book your room, please call them at (970) 586-3341 x1010 and be sure to mention you are with the Feltman-Wiesman Wedding (booking #84906) to get a discount. Otherwise you can use the link below to book online in our block (click "view" below). The shuttle pickup/dropoff will be just around the corner at the Longs Peak Lodge.

Cabins at YMCA of the Rockies

The YMCA of the Rockies has over 200 cabins to choose from, most of which are in close proximity to our wedding venue. These cabins range 2-4 bedrooms, so they are a great option for a private group/family stay. Make sure to book early as these can fill up fast within a couple days once reservations open up for the target date (usually about 6 months in advance - should be around April 1st). Also be sure to check distance from any cabin you select to the shuttle pickup at the Longs Peak Lodge and plan accordingly!

Shuttle to Ceremony: Longs Peak Lodge to Mountainside Lodge

October 1, 2022 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm

Arrival: 1:45PM - 2:45 PM A free shuttle will be available for transportation from Longs Peak Lodge to the Mountainside Lodge; expect departure approximately every 15 minutes. The last shuttle will be leaving around 2:30PM. ** Please note, the ceremony is scheduled to start at 3:00, please plan accordingly. **

Return Shuttle: Mountainside Lodge to Longs Peak Lodge

October 1, 2022 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Departure: 7:00PM - 11:00PM After the reception, our same shuttle will be returning to the Longs Peak Lodge; expect departure approximately every 15 minutes. ** The last shuttle will be departing from the lodge at 10:45PM and seating capacity per shuttle trip is 14 people. Please be mindful of this, as it would take at least 45 minutes to walk back down to the Longs Peak Lodge parking lot. As this is a mountainous area, and dark, it is not recommended. **

Flight

Denver International Airport (DIA)

The Denver International Airport is huge and will likely be the best option for most out-of-state guests. Unfortunately it's about a two-hour drive from the airport to our wedding venue, making a rental car necessary. If you are interested in coordinating lodging or car rentals (yay efficiency!), please let us know! We want this to be as painless as possible for everyone, and will add you to a private group for said travel discussions.
