Our love story

1/1/17

The morning I met drew I went to church. I sat at the alter and prayed God would take control of my life. I decided to give him full control and put all of my fate in his hands. After the service, I went to brunch with a few friends, then to go meet up with a my friends boyfriend she was seeing at the time. Which just so happened to be Warren (Drews brother). Drew was leaving when we arrived, but decided to stay so we could catch up. We had known each other for quite some time, but hadn’t seen each other in years. We went to a local pub (Lynches) and just sat there talking all evening. I’ll never forget the way he told me story’s of his life. I was hooked! We continued to see each other the next day at Kailey’s going away celebration and when he introduced me to his mom he said “Mom, this is my future wife. I don’t even have to change her last name!” It felt so natural even though he was joking, I liked the sound of it. Within our first few dates we discussed life in a way that I never had with anyone, from kids names, to future goals and past stories. We’ve been together since and we have grown into amazing parents together. We have overcome obstacles most couples don’t even understand, before marriage. We have traveled to many places and continue to plan our future adventures together. Our biggest common goal in life, is not do things completely text book. We’ve created our own love story and will continue to do so. Every last one of you is a special part of our love story. We hope you will join us in celebrating another part of our journey as we become one! Call it fate, ironic, or lucky, but we were placed in each other’s life’s for so many reasons and one of them is to become one under God.
