When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than November 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the wedding venue by 2:30pm. This will give you 30 minutes to park and get settled prior to the ceremony starting at 3:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire Please join us in cocktail attire for our celebration! We want you to feel comfortable and celebratory while keeping the overall look semi-formal. Our ceremony will take place outdoors and our reception will be held indoors so please plan accordingly. Women: Cocktail or midi dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are welcome. We suggest block heels, wedges, or flats (the ceremony is on grass). Feel free to add a touch of color! Men: Suits or blazers with dress shirts and dress shoes. Ties are optional. Kindly refrain from wearing white or denim.

Where do I park?

Answer

University Club has plenty of parking spaces available right in front of the venue. No valet service is provided, and parking is free of charge.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping the guest list very limited due to space and budget, so we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely—little partygoers are totally welcome and we’d be so happy to have them there with us!

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Check out our Menu page to see what’s being served! We’ve thoughtfully included vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. If you have other dietary needs or questions, feel free to reach out.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do! We recommend the following: Hyatt Regency Irvine, Sonesta Irvine, and Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa. All of these hotels are within a 15 minute drive from the venue and are highly rated. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Shhhh… technically no, but the venue has agreed to designate a small space outside where guests can smoke. With that said, we ask that all guests refrain from smoking until after the ceremony has concluded.
