FAQ's

We have taken the time to answer some of the most important questions we know you are curious about. Please see below. If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please reach out to the Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Bride or Groom.
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Invitation notifications will be sent to your email address. Once you receive your invite, please use the "RSVP" menu option to RSVP for the ceremony and reception. Choose "Next Event" at the bottom right hand corner of the page to ensure you confirm attendance to all events.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can confirm your attendance status. However, the deadline to RSVP will be May 21, 2021. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it is necessary for us to have a final count earlier than under normal circumstances. This will ensure you and your party are accounted for, and allow us the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments so that everyone interested in attending, may do so.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15PM EST. The coordinator will not allow anyone to be seated after this time. Guests not seated will miss the opportunity to view the ceremony due to its secluded location at the venue.

Question

Will there be an option to attend virtually?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be live streamed via our wedding website. The reception will not be streamed virtually. You may only receive a virtual ceremony invite. Due to the ongoing pandemic, and circumstances out of our control, we have a change of plans for our wedding. NJ restrictions require us to limit our guest list to an intimate number. Please accept our apologies for not having you attend in the flesh. However, we would love you to attend our virtually ceremony on our website. In the event that circumstances change, we will notify you directly (crossing our fingers).

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional/Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits with a tie and cocktail dresses. Dress to impress!

Question

Are masks required (COVID-19)? Will they be provided?

Answer

Masks are required indoors while guests are not eating or drinking. If you forget your mask, don't worry, a mask will be provided.

Question

Will you encourage social distancing?

Answer

Social distancing will be encouraged according to Governor Phil Murphy's COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. Please visit Covid19.nj.gov for more detailed information.

Question

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, on cement (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors. In the event that COVID-19 causes new lockdowns or increased restrictions, we will host the reception outdoors at the beautiful Pavilion on site of the venue.

Question

What is the capacity of the reception ballroom?

Answer

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the vent must be limited to a maximum of 100 people.

Question

How will dinner be served?
