Perfect for laying out on the beach, kayaking to the cove, and snorkeling with the leopard sharks.

Encinitas/Cardiff
This sliver of San Diego is perfect if you want o experience a true SoCal beach town complete with yoga studios on every corner and cute local coffee shops. Be sure to stop by the Swamis Meditation Gardens for stunning views and a peek at where the bride and grew got engaged. Drew, Elise, and Hazel currently live in Cardiff just a few minutes south of Encinitas ( Elise’s hometown).
Birch Aquarium
See little blue penguins, a GIANT pacific octopus, and plenty of other deep sea critters. (Just don't get in the fish tank.)
San Diego Zoo
World-class zoo that is home to all kinds of fun, wacky animals from komodo dragons to giraffes to capuchin monkeys. Fun Fact: this zoo was once home to the world-famous orangutan, Kenneth Allen, also known as “The Hairy Houdini” for his repeated escapes from his allegedly escape-proof enclosures. Bird Rock Coffee Roasters - La Jolla
Best coffee in San Diego!! This was Drew and Elise's favorite neighborhood to walk around during their PB days, plenty of great local surf shops, boutiques, and yummy bites.
