What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress-code is black-tie invited Guests are welcome- but not required- to wear formal attire. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are perfectly appropriate. A dark suit and tie or an elegant cocktail dress is equally acceptable.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
In order to be able to find your seats and start on time, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 2:00pm. The nearest parking lot is about a 5 minute walk, and the next nearest is about a 5-10 minute walk, so please account for walking times as you plan your trip!

What will ceremony parking look like?
Answer
There is a small parking lot designated for the church across the street from St. John's and an additional playground parking lot behind the church. Access to playground lot behind the church is off of S. Penn St. If able, we encourage carpooling to the church with other guests.

Are my children/plus-ones welcome to come?
Answer
Our wedding RSVP form will indicate who is invited to attend. If your children are invited to attend, please prepare them (and yourself) for a traditional Catholic Wedding Mass (1+ hour in a quiet & reverent environment). We will be sure to party it up at the reception!

Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors, with some outside walking in between!

We have reserved a room block at The Nittany Lion Inn and Ramada by Wyndham State College Hotel & Conference Center. Please direct yourself to the "Travel & Hotel" section of the website to book your stay.
