This is an adult-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No later than 5:45pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 6pm. We would love to have all guests seated by then.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, right on the grounds of Bear Brook Valley. There is Vallet Parking. You will not be allowed to leave a car overnight. Please plan ahead.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, food allergies will be accommodated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see accommodations section for Hotels and Inn’s near the venue. Note: If the first room block is fully booked in Newton, a second room block as been made. Call to make reservations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle for hotel guests from the Holiday Inn in Newton. Shuttle schedule will be provided when you check in. Shuttles will be leaving promptly. Please be on time if you would like to take the shuttle as a hotel guest.
