When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will need to have final numbers to our vendors by January 31, 2023. Please respond to us by then.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Cedar Creek Ridge Farms has plenty of parking available. Per the request of the venue and for best flow for the ceremony, please park on the LEFT gravel side of the building. No parking is permitted on the right side, and front spots should be saved for our guests who cannot travel long distances. Thank you for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform us if you have a food allergy, as we would like all of our friends and family to be able to enjoy the night worry free. We have opted to avoid any shellfish food options, as we know we have family and friends allergic to them. There will also be vegetarian options for our loved ones.

Are We Going to Get Lit?

Answer

Alcohol will be provided as a courtesy of the bride and groom. Options will be beer, two signature mixed drinks, and wine. We kindly ask that any smoking be done on the left side of the building and all cigarette butts cleaned up, as this will cause an extra charge for the bride and groom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Though we love everyone’s children, we have thoroughly gone through the guest list and decided that only immediate family can bring children. Everyone who has children that are invited should be able to see the child’s name on the invitation along with theirs. If your child’s name is not on your invitation, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for them. If this is not doable and you are unable to attend, we completely understand and send our warmest wishes.

We have thoroughly gone through our guest list, and we kindly request that no additions be made unless otherwise stated.

Anything Fun to Do?

Answer

We will be having yard games such as corn hole, horse shoes, and giant jenga. We will also be having a fire pit with a s’mores bar. *Attention parents: Please watch your children when near the fire pit area. We want everyone to safely enjoy this day*
