We request that you RSVP by July 1st. For any extenuating circumstances, please reach out.
We have decided to take this opportunity to form our own last name special and unique to us. We wanted something that felt mystical and truly unique. After lots of research and a little anxiety, we agreed upon the last name Peregrine.
We are asking that guests arrive by 2pm on Saturday the 13th. The ceremony will take place on the property at the Ambassador Lodge listed in our Travel tab :)
Yes! This will be a semi-formal event. Both of us will be wearing all black; black suits with an accent color are fine, but please, no black dresses. The wedding party will be asked to wear either green or purple depending on where you stand, you will receive further information on that :) Keep in mind the ceremony is OUTDOOR and will be held in September. RAIN IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY IN WASHINGTON. Please do not wear stileto shoes; we don't want to risk damaging any of the lawn. Please reach out directly if you have more specific questions regarding the dress code.
Only members of the wedding party will be guaranteed a bed/room in the lodge. However, if you are not staying at the lodge, you are still welcome to visit within the days specified. We have included a few options for alternative housing nearby. There are also dozens of recreational campgrounds surrounding the Lodge if you are interested in taking in more scenery during your trip! There is also the option of camping on-site at the lodge with permission from the host :)
Yes! We plan to have a large grazing table during the day (Saturday) as the wedding party is getting ready and guests start to arrive. Following the ceremony will be a pasta bar set up with salad and bread on the side. (Don't worry we'll give you guys meat lol)
NO, alcohol will not be provided. We have chosen to host a dry wedding. There will be a congradulatory champagne toast following the dinner, but there will not be any hard liquor.
The cabin will be available for family and friends to visit between September Friday the 12th and Sunday the 14th. The ceremony takes place on Saturday and is the only event we are requiring guests to attend, all other activities are optional. Please refer to the schedule tab for more information.
