Guests start arriving
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Guests staying at the Ambassador Lodge will begin arriving Friday during the day. Guests staying at a different location are welcome to come hang out!
Family Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This will be a casual family dinner. We will be making our own personal pizzas!
All are welcome! Laid-back, social time for everyone to meet each other.
Unplanned time
8:15 pm - 10:45 pm
Lounge, Hangout, Chill in the pool or Sauna
Relax and unpack or watch a movie in the home theater. (You may not see the brides during this time, we may be decorating, planning or, already asleep (: )
LIGHTS OUT
11:00 pm
Anyone that is staying in the lodge with us will need all TVs and lights off by 11pm. The brides need their beauty rest (:

Snack Break!
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
There will be a charcuterie table set up for guests to graze on before the ceremony.
There will not be a meal served until 6pm. So make sure you keep yourself fueled throughout the day. We will do our best to have snacks and things for you but we will not be able to remind you to eat.
