FAQs

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive ~30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony starts, the venue will close the doors, and late arrivals will not be able to enter the ceremony space. Arriving a little early ensures you’re seated, settled, and able to enjoy the moment with us from the very beginning.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "black tie optional." This means guests are welcome to dress in formal evening attire, but a full tuxedo or floor‑length gown is not required. A dark suit with a tie is perfect for men, and women may choose a long gown, a dressy cocktail dress, or another elegant option. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still embracing a polished look for the evening. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is on‑site parking available at the venue. When you arrive, attendants will guide you on where to park. It will be a smooth and easy process so that you can head straight to the celebration.

Question

Is there a shuttle for the event?

Answer

Yes! For those guests who do not wish to drive and park at the venue, a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided. The shuttles will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket hotel at 3:45 pm to bring guests to the venue. At the end of the night, the shuttle will depart the venue at 11:00 pm to return guests to the hotel. You do NOT have to be a guest at the hotel to ride the shuttle. If you are lodging somewhere else locally but prefer not to drive to the venue, you are more than welcome to catch the shuttle at the hotel. Please note that rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are limited in this area at night, so we encourage our guests to either drive and park at the venue or take advantage of the shuttle service.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults‑only celebration. We kindly ask that children do not attend so all guests can relax and enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this gives you a fun night out.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate whether you have a plus‑one, and it will appear when you RSVP. If a guest is included on your invitation, you’ll see their name listed on your RSVP form. If no additional guest appears, your RSVP is for you only.
