Booking Travel

Pay special attention when booking your flights. Flights to Ireland from the US are often overnight and arrive the next day. We've planned events before and after our wedding and we hope you'll be able to join us for those!

Passport

Make sure that you have a valid passport! You'll need it to get into Ireland! Passports be be valid at least six months after your return date.

Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport is about one hour from Cabra Castle. Other airports include Shannon International Airport and Cork International Airport, but these are farther away.

Shannon International Airport is located about 3 hours south west of Cabra Castle Hotel.

This is where most events during our wedding will take place. We have a block of rooms available the night before, night of and night after the wedding. Use code W32706 when booking to access the wedding room block. Book early if you want to ensure a night at the Castle on each of these nights!

This hotel is only 10-12 minutes from the Castle and offers a variety tastefully furnished rooms.

Rental Cars

Renting a car in Ireland is pretty easy, especially if done at the airport when you arrive. Remember that in Ireland the steering wheel is on the other side of the car, cars drive on the other side of the road, and a lot of the cars are manual transmission. A shuttle will be running from the Cabra Castle Hotel to the Church of the Immaculate Conception (and back) on the day of our wedding. Exact shuttle departure times will be updated closer to the wedding date.
