Sites & Bites

Whether you're spending the weekend or just the day before the wedding exploring Longboat Key/Sarasota, we've curated a few recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. From relaxing on the beach to discovering the local culture, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

St. Armands Circle

300 Madison Drive, Sarasota, FL 34236

Renowned as a continental marketplace, the Circle is a charming and graceful synthesis of the past and present. Explore the shops, dine in the sidewalk cafes, and relax in the lush tropical gardens. St. Armands Circle is unique in concept, history, and beauty.

Corona Cigar Company

22 North Lemon Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34236

If you know Emerson, you know he never turns down a good cigar. Corona Cigar is one of his favorite hangouts in Orlando, and lucky for him (and maybe you!) there’s also a location in Sarasota. Don’t be surprised if you spot him sneaking in a cigar or two during the wedding weekend.

PopStroke

195 University Town Center Drive, Sarasota, FL 34243

Mini golf has always been one of our favorite date-night traditions, so we had to include PopStroke on this list! It’s a fun, modern mini golf spot designed by Tiger Woods, with great food and drinks. We definitely recommend it for a little friendly competition while you’re in town!

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art

5401 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, FL 34243

The Ringling is one of the preeminent arts institutions in the United States. Its unusually diverse collections—art, circus, history, architecture, performance, gardens—reflect its unique origin story. At the heart of that story is circus impresario John Ringling and his wife Mable, and their shared desire to make Sarasota a world-class destination.

Lido Key Beach

400 Benjamin Franklin Drive, Sarasota, FL 34236

Lido Key Beach is rated one of the top beaches in the country! We highly recommend taking a trip here or Siesta Key Beach!

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

1601 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228

So many amazing restaurants at The St. Regis (our Wedding venue!). There are many indoor/outdoor options and views of the sparkling Gulf and beyond. Note: you must be a hotel guest to use pool/beach amenities.

Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store

465 John Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34236

Another great spot when visiting St. Armand's Circle! Take in the island vibes and stunning sunset views from the second-story dining room as you treat yourself to fresh, island-inspired fare and handcrafted cocktails!

Shore Longboat Key

800 Broadway Street, Longboat Key, FL 34228

You might recognize the name from their clothing store at Disney Springs! Shore is an interpretation of open-air, mid-century beach cafes of Southern California. Oceanside diner with modern decor serving unique seafood dishes, burgers & salads plus cocktails.
