The Day Before: Drinks and Dumplings

Come as you are. All are welcome.

Grandma's is one of our frequented bars on Magnolia Ave in Fort Worth's Near Southside. Children probably won't have a very good time, but we do welcome anyone to come and go as they please to hang out with us before the wedding day. A restaurant called The Pantry (next door) will be providing dumplings and other bites. Come say hello, clink a beer, and give us a hug before the big day!

Wedding Ceremony

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden Attire: Wear breezy dresses, floral prints, and light-weight "cocktail casual" attire suited for a ceremony in the sun and dancing under the stars. Think colorful and comfy, with light breathable fabric. Wear shoes appropriate for a mixture of concrete, turf grass, and rocky garden paths.

ArtSpace111 is an art gallery on the western edge of downtown Fort Worth, featuring a seasonal selection of specially curated Texas art inside, and a beautifully cultivated sculpture garden surrounded by scenic downtown views. The ceremony and reception will begin outside as the sun begins to set (weather permitting) so wear something cooling and comfortable for the late Texas summer. Soft seating will be available inside the art gallery, which will be accessible to all guests throughout the duration of the evening. We'll be dancing till the moon rises in the eastern sky, and must vacate the premises at the first sighting of Uranus. After the ceremony, guests will join us in the rock garden for appetizer dips, cocktails and a family-friendly drag show. Dinner will be catered by Blue Mesa, including an array of steak, shrimp, and veggie tacos, while DJ Popboy Etc. will be spinning tracks to get our toes a-tappin' into the night.
