Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We want everyone to be able to relax and safely enjoy our Big Day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation for guests staying within the resort. Shuttles will pick up the studios at 3:30 and Fairway Villas and houses beginning at 3:45. The drivers are on a tight schedule and will not be able to wait, so please be ready to go on time! The shuttles will run until 1am. When you arrive at the venue, please go down the steps on the right side of the building and through the covered terrace to grab a welcome drink while you wait for the ceremony to start!

How do golf cart rentals work?

Answer

Golf carts can be rented through the resort from the Bald Mountain Pro Shop for $100/day with a $100 deposit, although the number of rentals is very limited, so be sure book ASAP if you are interested! Please check with the front desk to ensure your lodging is golf cart accessible before booking. Front Desk: 828-694-3000 Pro Shop: 828-694-3042 If the resort does not have any available rentals, golf carts can also be rented through Carolina Cars & Clubs. They provide drop off and pick up for an additional fee. If interested, please contact Michael at 828-289-6296.

What is the attire?

Answer

The Welcome Party is beach casual. Think casual sundresses, maxi dresses, or rompers/jumpsuits for women and polos or button-ups with shorts or pants for men. The wedding is cocktail/garden attire. Think summery dresses or semi-formal jumpsuits for women and lightweight suits/sports coats for men (ties optional). It will be warm this time of year, so most importantly, wear what keeps you cool and comfortable!
