Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Your invitation and RSVP reservation will indicate if we are able to extend an invitation to your children. Unfortunately we are not able to extend invitations to all of the amazing children we are lucky enough to see grow up. If we have extended an invitation to your child and you do not feel like a wedding is an environment they are comfortable with, we completely understand. Please let us know at the earliest convenience if we need to make adjustments to your reservation. We also highly recommend parents taking the opportunity to have our wedding be a date night!

Can I bring a plus one/ friend?

Answer

Please refrain from bringing someone other than the person listed as your plus one, if you decide to not need a plus one let us know in advance so we ensure accurate numbers are given to our vendors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Get all dolled up and put on your dancing shoes! We want you to feel amazing and special with us. In general the dress code is formal; we suggest that people wear a suit and tie in any color* or a tuxedo if you are so in kind. Or opt to wear an evening gown, midi, or a fancy cocktail dresses. Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

There is not a designated parking lot for The Maverick. A parking lot in the rear for the Libary is an option as well as tons of street parking. We recommend our local friends and family utilize public transit, uber, or lyft etc.

Where can we find your registry?

There is a registry tab on the website or you can search for our registry on zola.com.

Will we be indoors?

Answer

Yes the entire wedding will occurring in the hotel. We will be utilizing the ballroom and the gymnasium.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

YES! This was an incredibly important factor in choosing this specific venue. There is a wheelchair lift to the left of the building as well as a elevator to take guest who need accommodations up to the second floor ballroom.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When submitting your RSVP there is space to include allergy information. We do have meal options that should be allergen friendly, but if you have any questions we can have additional conversations with our catering vendor to ensure appropriate measures are taken to keep you safe!

Do you have a room block at the hotel?

Answer

We do not have a block of room reserved, however we have a link that will provide a discount to guest who choose to stay at the Maverick. If you go to the accommodations tab the link with give you the discount upon checkout. (There is a minimum of a 2 night stay) We have included other hotel near by recommendations if the Maverick is not suitable for you and your family.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP as soon as possible. If we haven't received your RSVP by July 20th, 2025 we will mark you as not attending.
