Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

After the Reception some family members have offered to take guests back to the Hotel. Please let us know your plans, In order for us to accommodate everyone!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black tie (Black formal/cocktail attire) *Check Dress Code Section on our website*

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the Ceremony & Reception will be held outside, however the reception area does has an awning!

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Upon arrival at the venue guests can park around the roundabout, which is located right in front of the River Lodge. Also for your convenience, parking will be free!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by July 1st, online or mail are both perfectly fine, as long as we receive your RSVP!!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #douglasswedding2023 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
