Luggage
Guests can arrange luggage transfer through the Mission Point dock porters. When you arrive at the ferry dock, the Shepler’s or Arnold Transit Company team will tag your luggage for Mission Point. Once it arrives on the island, our dock porters will deliver it to Mission Point Resort, where guests can pick it up at the bell stand. Luggage is generally delivered within one to a few hours following your arrival on the island.
If you prefer to keep your luggage with you instead of having it delivered to the resort, you can let the ferry staff know and request a generic tag to pick it up directly at the island dock after disembarking.

https://www.mict.com/taxi-service/ To get a taxi ride, you need to call/phone for a pick up. You are not able to flag one down on the street. You can also walk most everywhere or you can rent a bicycle.
