We have reserved blocks of rooms at the DoubleTree and Courtyard hotels in Portland. We are planning to run shuttles on Saturday between the DoubleTree and the venue. There is also ample parking available at the venue.

Flight

PDX

PDX is the closest airport. It was recently renovated and is lovely - you might even run into a therapy llama! SEA is a bigger airport with more direct flight options, and you can connect to Portland by plane (~45min), train (~4hrs), bus (~3hrs), or car (~3hrs).

Shuttles will pick up at the DoubleTree at 3:30pm and drop off at Bridal Veil Lakes at 4pm for the main event on Saturday.
