What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To help us get the celebration started on time, please plan to arrive between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear midi or full-length dresses, and men are encouraged to wear suits or jackets with dress trousers. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors among the redwoods, so we recommend choosing footwear and layers accordingly. Flats or low heeled shoes are suggested.

Is there parking?

Answer

The venue has 66 parking spaces. Because of the winding roads, we encourage our guests to use one of the shuttles we are arranging between the venue and hotel. If you decide to drive yourself but cannot drive home safely, the venue allows vehicles to be left overnight at no charge. Please talk with the site manager in the parking lot when you leave.

Can I use ride share?

Answer

Ride share works for arrival but can be tricky for departure. We recommend shuttling or carpooling with a designated driver.
