No. After many discussions, we’ve come to realize that this event is not suitable for young children. We will have an +18 age limit. We thought long and hard about this question. When planning a large celebration, we wanted to be able to cater to the needs of all of our guests. Younger guests require a lot of attention and direction which would be very difficult to accommodate during this event.
No. If your guest is not named on the invitation, they will not be able to attend this event. For this ceremony, we worked very hard on the guest list. We really want to make sure that all of our guests’ meals, drinks and everything in between were accounted for in our plans for the day.
This event will be Semi-Formal. This means we are dressing up in suits and dresses, but no need for a tuxedo rental or a ball gown. Look good, but don’t stress! We want you all to be comfortable while still looking great in all the pictures that day, so we decided to go with Semi-Formal clothing for the day. We’ve created some mood boards to illustrate some appropriate outfit ideas for our guests—linked below! We ask that no one wears all white (except the bride, of course). Dressing in the wedding color scheme is encouraged—but not required. There is a color scheme for the wedding within this presentation. We can’t wait to see your amazing outfits! The pages of the dress code will also be added to the end of the Gallery Page! Yes. We will have a cocktail hour with snacks and a dinner at our reception. There will even be a sweet treat at the end! Whether you’re a vegetarian, meat eater, vegan or pescatarian, we want you to have something to eat (other than salad)! We tried to pick a variety of foods so that no one will leave hungry! Meal selection will be offered when your actual invitation arrives.
