An absolutely gorgeous protected park with beautiful views and amazing snowy hikes / snowshoeing trails. We love the scenic drive all the way to the top... the view is worth it alone!
If you're short on time and would still like to get some skiing in, Bridger is an amazing mountain only about 25 minutes from Bozeman Airport - lift tickets are more affordable ($82 full day, $70 half day) because it's an employee owned mountain! We've been many times and absolutely love it.
A great spot for a cold day when you just want to relax!

Relax and unwind in the hot springs nestled between two mountain ranges right along the bank of the Yellowstone River!
This is very close to our venue (some of you may have chosen to stay here!) the hot springs are a little less of a natural vibe than the others we listed, more like a heated pool. Great little cowboy bar for a drink!
If you've got extra time - there is absolutely nothing as fun and magical as spinning through the snowcapped woods in Yellowstone National Park on a snowmobile! It's a bit of a drive to get to West Yellowstone (1 hr 45 min from Bozeman) - but SO worth it if you're up for an adventure!
A classic casual breakfast spot with reliably good food.
