How can I help?
Answer
We are trying to involve people within our social community in any way they would like to contribute. Some are brewing beer, making lawn games, while others are making the cake. If there's something you'd like to show off your skills and help create this day from love, let us know. It means the world to us. We are currently trying to find people who may be interested in BBQing/potluck on the 4th, taking the family photos after the ceremony, helping to decorate, or help with day of coordination.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The ceremony site is 3.5 miles north of the Arizona Nordic Village on 180. There is ample parking at the reception site and we encourage people to carpool to and from the ceremony site.

Yes. The more the merrier.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Do you even know CIera? Let your inner-four-year-old dress you. We're going with the theme of western hipster festival attire, but don't let that limit you. Wear whatever you're most comfortable in to have the most fun (which means games, dancing and typical merrymaking). If you want to go formal, go formal. If you want to add a few sparkles to your cowboy boots, do it! Due to the outdoor nature of the wedding, high-heels and other aerating shoes probably won't be the wisest of choices.

What's the booze situation?
Answer
We will have beer and wine. You are welcome to bring your own liquor. Just let us know if you have a preferred mixer you'd like.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely!!! We would love to included them in the ceremony. Please let Ciera or JD know if they would be interested.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We are trying to have a festive week with family and friends. Please check back as there will be daily events for whoever wants to join.

Four-legged friends are welcome! If camping there is no charge.
