Maid of Honor
We’ve been friends since we were 12. I was a cheerleader and she was a brainiac. She thought I had the IQ of my shoe size, I thought she had the personality of a rock. 😂 But somehow we became the best of friends, and that friendship has stood the test of time for decades. Kirsten Marie, is a joy, a light and a force of strength that I have leaned on and have depended upon throughout the ups and downs that life has sent our way. I would not be the person I am today without her her, and I love her beyond measure. Thank you, Kirsten, for your endless love and support and for your willingness to be part of our celebration as we start our “happily ever after”! We both love you so very much!!! 😘💕
Best Man
Rod & I met in the Spring of 1998. He was taking Chris De Ruyter's "New Believers Class" at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa; I was an observer in Chris' class. (Chris is our officiant for the wedding.) Shortly thereafter, he began going to Chris' home Bible study/fellowship which I also attended. Thru this fellowship & the study of God's Word 📖, he & I became very good friends. He is the first person to have called me "The Mayor"... LONG before The Ranch Saloon opened! When I asked him why he called me that, he said, "I've never seen anyone shake so many hands and kiss so many babies." 🤣 His favorite sport is basketball & he has an undying love for the Univ. of No. Carolina Tar Heels. He is a jokester. I was Rod's 🤵 best man when he married Rosie 👰🏽 in June 2002. They now live in Texas.
