FAQs

Please read all of this thoroughly. There is a lot of important information. We promise.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than September 1st

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, this is not a child friendly event. Please take this as an opportunity to hire a sitter, stick the kids with your parents, or give 'em a 30 rack and a pack of reds and hope for the best! We don't judge, they just can't come.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we have budgeted for exactly the amount of people we have invited. If you weren't told you get a plus one, you don't! If you show up with one, they will be sold to the troll under the bridge just past Bri's parents house in order to pay a blood debt the family owes and we're really trying to make this a nice day so please don't.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on Zola!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail to Semi-formal attire is kindly requested. Suits, dress shirts with ties (optional, though both regular and bolo are accepted), dress pants are appropriate, you may choose cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or elegant jumpsuits as well. The goal is for guests to feel stylish and comfortable. Cowboy boots encouraged, but not required. Please no jeans or t-shirts. Dress up as much as you'd like!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The time that is on your invitation, which we know you read and didn't just pin to your fridge without really looking at it, because you're all good friends and family members who care a lot. Right? Anyway, we ask that you arrive at 3PM as the ceremony will begin at exactly 3:30PM.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Kind of! You'll park on the street, on the right hand side. This is the side the house is on. We're pretty deep in the woods and the neighbors do not mind at all. Feel free to carpool to cut down on having to walk though!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have gluten free vegan options as well as a vegetarian option. If you're a vegan for non-allergy reasons you will be sent out behind the ceremony circle and forced to forage for mushrooms. The local forest creature( His name is Hector, he's very nice. Please don't mind that earthy smell) will show you the best locations, but please do not speak to the raccoons as they cannot be trusted and will intentionally get you lost. Once you have procured enough mushrooms to feed yourself and any other vegans you may return to the wedding and cook them.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we have hired a bartender and will be providing an assortment of drinks. We kindly ask that you bring cash to tip the bartender. We will have a large selection of beers, wines, and various liquors but if you want something specific, please don't hesitate to bring it yourself.
