Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Hi! We are providing transportation for our wedding on May 16th, 2026. The venue is 50 minutes away from the downtown Nashville area, we are providing for the ease of getting to and from the wedding. Here is the Itinerary as follows: May 16th, 2026: 3:00pm - Coach Buses (2) will depart from outside of the Element Hotel Nashville Vanderbilt/West End. Please ensure you arrive no later than 2:50pm. Lyft/uber are super active in Nashville so if you are staying elsewhere - it should be affordable and reliable to get to this hotel. There is a bar in the lobby of the element if you would like to arrive early and grab a drink beforehand. Element Hotel Address is: 4 City Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37209 ~approx 1 hour to venue~ 8:00pm - First bus will depart from the Venue back to the Element Hotel. 10:00pm- Reception is over, final sendoff, and the final bus will depart from the Venue with an anticipated drop off at the Element hotel at 11:00pm.

RSVP's are due back on March 16th. Please RSVP here on our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi Formal attire is requested. Think elegant and stylish. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt and pants. No ties are required. Ladies, a cocktail dress (either short or long) or dressy separates are great. (and ladies, flat heels will be best for the ceremony lawn!) No jeans, please. We would love to see you dress up with us! For the ladies wondering- the bridal party will be wearing black.

Yes! There is a tab here on the website that displays our registry. You can also shop our registries directly on Amazon or Target.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:15pm at the latest to get a seat before the processional begins.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children who are invited will be listed when you go to RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says “and guest,” yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping things cozy and can’t accommodate extra guests—thanks for understanding. If you feel as though we missed your partner/child/etc, reach out the bride and groom and we will get that handled!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to the bride or groom to let them know. Food will be served buffet style - and there will be options for those who are vegetarian, gluten free, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue.

Will the bar be open or cash only?

Answer

We’ll have an open bar—so come ready to raise a glass! Beer, Wine, Soda, Juices, and his/hers mixed drinks will be available.
