Cocktail Attire

Join us for cocktails, dinner, and the Roman Street band. The Wash House serves Southern and coastal cuisine in a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and is located one block from St. Francis at the Point in Point Clear, Alabama. The reception is open bar and will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails in the bar followed by a three-course plated dinner. The evening's entertainment will be provided by Roman Street. Internationally touring and Billboard charting, the infectious and exotic Roman Street band brings deep funk, groove, and simmering soul to their performances. Artfully blending pop sensibilities, classical traditions, spicy gypsy jazz, and intricate melodies into a sensual, fiery fusion. Note: We kindly ask that you park at the reception venue and walk one block to the chapel, if possible. We will walk as a group from the church to the reception.

Not up for golfing? Join Rebecca at Provision for a lite breakfast prior to spending the day exploring downtown Fairhope! Known around town as 'Fairhope’s Living Room', Provision features a café, coffee shop, wine bar, gourmet goods, home décor items, and specialty gifts. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the left for the cafe and coffee shop or to the right for the grocery and wine bar, but either direction will take you to the open and spacious center with large sofas, comfy chairs, and table seating. Join us for a time-honored Fairhope Tradition! Honoring its ties to American freedom, the Grand’s unique history is celebrated each day at 3:45pm SHARP. Join the procession that commences by the Main Lobby fireplace and culminates with a Civil War replica cannon firing on the edge of Mobile Bay at Cannon Park. In grand tradition, we proudly honor our military each day with a resounding salute in honor of the invaluable contributions of our military men and women, veterans, and their families. Following the presentation, a Daily Lagniappe – (coffee, tea and cookies) – is presented. Elegant and endearing, and abundantly welcoming for more than 175 years, the Grand Hotel is a treasured destination for generations to love.

The signature lounge at the Grand Hotel with SPECTACULAR views of Mobile Bay, Bucky's celebrates the iconic Bucky Miller, a time-honored associate of the Grand Hotel. Bucky’s is a great outdoor venue to enjoy the sunset!
