He was searching for a publisher and wanted to know more about our now publisher, Pen It Publications. So, out of all the current authors at the time, he picked me out to ask about them. Our friendship and love grew from there.

Maid of Honor
Mona is my, (Sandra Lott), sister. We have always been close and she is very dear to my heart. Mona has always been there for me, growing up and even as we both went in different directions. She has been there for me when I lost my youngest son at the age of 16 and when more loss came my way. Life brought me back to Texas and since both of our parents have passed, Mona has been there even more for me. I truly cherish her and she is a gift from God. I feel truly blessed to have her as a sister.
Rene Hinojosa
Best Man
Rene and I, Sandra Lott, met through the church that we both attend, Life Connection Church. Rene, as well as his wife, Sylvia, both, love the Lord. Rene is also an author working on a script for a Christian movie. He is also a part of the Celebrate Recovery Team, as I am. He heads up the Homeless Ministry at our church as well. When Donald moved to Texas, he started going on the Homeless Outreach with us and Celebrate Recovery night, he became good friends with Rene and respects all he does for the Lord.

Ryel is Rene's son. He is smart and a joy and he has been brought up to love the Lord and it shows.
