Ceremony Shuttle

August 5, 2023 4:00 pm

The shuttle will depart from Amway Grand Hotel at 4:00 PM. After departing the Amway Grand, the shuttle will proceed to the DoubleTree to pick up additional guests for the ceremony. The shuttle will depart the DoubleTree at 4:25 PM and arrive at the venue by 4:35 PM. This is the ONLY shuttle that will take guests to the ceremony.

Reception Shuttle

August 5, 2023 5:15 pm

The reception shuttle will depart from the Amway Grand Hotel at 5:15 PM to take guests to the wedding venue before dinner. This shuttle will NOT arrive at the venue in time for the Ceremony. The shuttle will begin transporting guests back to hotels starting at 9:00 PM. At the end of the night, guests will have the option to return to their hotel via shuttle departing at 9:00 PM, 10:30 PM, and 11:15 PM.

This hotel is approximately 5 minutes away from the wedding venue. We will have a courtesy shuttle from this hotel to the venue for the ceremony and end of the reception.

We will have a courtesy shuttle from this hotel to the venue for the ceremony. We will also have a shuttle from the reception to the hotel.
