PICK UP: Diamond Mills: The two busses going from Diamond Mills to the welcome reception will pick guests up at 6:15pm and will depart promptly at 6:30pm. One bus will then make a stop at the Holiday Inn to pick up additional guests before heading to the welcome reception. Holiday Inn: The bus going from the Holiday inn to the welcome reception will pick guests up at 6:40pm. Please be ready in the lobby at 6:30pm to avoid missing the bus. Howard Johnson: The bus going from the Howard Johnson to the welcome reception will pick guests up at 6:15pm and will depart promptly at 6:30pm. DROP OFF: All busses will stop at all hotels (Diamond Mills, Holiday Inn, and Howard Johnson) and will depart Last Chance Antiques & Cheese at the following times: 1. 8:30pm 2. 9:00pm 3. 9:30pm 4. 10:00pm (2 busses)
DATE The welcome reception is Friday, October 25th from 7:00-10:00pm. LOCATION The Welcome Party will be hosted at Last Chance Antiques & Cheese in Tannersville. TRANSPORT / PARKING We highly recommend all guests utilize the provided transport for this event as the road there and back is a windy and narrow mountain pass. Pick up locations will be: The Diamond Mills, The Howard Johnson, and the Holiday Inn Express. If you do decide to drive, there will not be dedicated parking. However, there is street parking, a lot behind the restaurant, and across the street. All of which is free but limited. *** we will include the shuttle schedule here closer to the date *** DRESS CODE Last Chance Cheese is a casual venue. Think a chill night out with friends. FOOD There will be heavy appetizers and drinks provided. We will have gluten free and vegetarian options for those who need them. If you are vegan please bear in mind the fare at Last Chance Cheese does include a lot of dairy, as the name would suggest.
LOCATION The wedding is from 5:00–11:00 pm at Oz Farm (280 Malden Turnpike, Saugerties, NY 12477). DRESS CODE Black tie optional! If you have a gown you're dying to wear feel free, a fun little cocktail dress you love—go for it, or a suit you can't wear for the office, now’s the time. We want everyone to look and feel their best! The ceremony takes place in a field so we recommend flats or shoes with thick heels. Dinner and dancing will take place on solid ground. THE CEREMONY The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We are asking guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. You can snap as much as you want once the reception starts! TRANSPORT *** we will include the shuttle schedule here closer to the date *** Shuttles will be picking up at The Diamond Mills, Howard Johnson, and Holiday Inn Express. If you are staying in an AirB&B or alternate hotel, we recommend you find your way to those pick up spots. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not widely available in the Catskills. If you plan to take a taxi, we recommend pre-booking your transportation to and from the venue. If you drive, there will be limited parking on site. Please be advised the Oz Farm sign is quite small. The easiest landmark is local restaurant, Annarella, which sits right in front of the road to the farm. Oz is a working farm so please drive 5mph or under down the road to it. CHILDREN While we love your little ones, this is a child-free wedding.
