Locals here often refer to the city of San Diego and the county of San Diego as the same thing. The wedding venue is in Fallbrook which is in San Diego county but is located roughly 50 miles north of downtown San Diego (city).
There are a bunch of small 'cities' that are on google/apple maps surrounding the city of San Diego. This can get confusing real quickly if it's your first time in the area. Here are some places that are close to the venue and the San Diego city proper: Temecula CA – 13 miles from venue ~21 minutes via I-15 Oceanside CA - 17 miles from the venue ~30 minutes via CA-76W Carlsbad CA – 20 miles from venue ~40 minutes via CA-76W Escondido CA – 21 miles from venue ~30 minutes via I-15
Sorry guys, I know it's difficult with travel and all but this is going to be an Adults Only affair.
Unfortunately we have a fixed guest amount/capacity for the venue so we gotta ask that everyone stick to the number specified in the invitation.
You can use the RSVP tab on this site. Just enter your name and it'll present you the option to RSVP for you and your guest if applicable. You can also reach out to us via email if you're having issues with the site. Please RSVP as soon as the option is available so we can finalize the guest count, setup, and event options for the wedding. We'd suggest sooner than later. Fortunately the event takes place in a large population center so there's no shortage of options for lodging (see the travel page).
Cocktail attire is cool. Ties (bow or otherwise) are optional.
We'd suggest guests rent a car. The San Diego metro area is sprawling and not well configured for public transportation. Uber/Lyft are readily available but a car rental is probably a better value.
