Wedding Day Celebration Timeline 4:00 PM Guests are welcomed into the Atrium as the ceremony begins. 5:00 Join us in Theo’s Bar for cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres while we slip away for photos. The bar will be open and we encourage you to relax and mingle. 6:00 PM We’ll invite everyone back to the Atrium for a group photo and the start of the evening’s festivities. 6:15 PM A welcome toast. 6:25 PM Cut the cake to officially begin the party. 6:30 PM Dinner is served, along with wine at your table. 7:30 PM Theo’s Bar reopens and the reception begins. 7:40 PM Bride & Groom's first dance - others welcome to follow. 8:00 PM Cake will be served and coffee & tea will be available. 10:00 PM A late-night snack station opens for a second wind. 11:30 PM Last call at the bar. 12:00 AM The evening concludes — though we hope the memories last much longer.

The day after the wedding, we would love to welcome you to our home to continue the celebration. We’ll be gathering for a relaxed Thanksgiving-style open house with heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and plenty of time to unwind together. This will be a special opportunity for our families to spend more time together — and for us to share a uniquely American holiday tradition with Theresa’s family visiting from Germany. Stop by, stay awhile, and help us celebrate the start of the holiday season as one extended family.
