We love walking down Main Street in Sutter Creek, window-shopping at all of the adorable shops and boutiques, and going to the different restaurants down there. Some of our favorites are Hotel Sutter, Sina's Backroads Cafe, and Rosa's Cocina. They also have a great coffee shop called Choc-O-Latte.
Our favorite place in downtown Sutter Creek! It is so charming, and the patio outside is perfect for sipping wine. Dominic's favorite is the Barbera, and I love all of their sparkling wines. They also have olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings with a variety of amazing flavors. We could not recommend visiting here more, we go almost every time we are in town.
A perfect Fall activity. This flower farm and nursery is right in the middle of wine country. They have a pumpkin patch, a corn maze, and farm animals. The property has a huge pond with fish in it, and it is the perfect spot to bring a picnic lunch.
Learn about the area's Native American history of the Miwok people at this gorgeous state park in Pine Grove. It has great hiking and walking trails through open meadows where you get to see the Indian Grinding Rock, bark houses, and ceremonial round house. It is very peaceful out there and a good spot for a walk or a picnic.
