Yes! Shuttle buses will depart from Hotel Renegade in Downtown Boise at 2:00 PM sharp. Please arrive early and ready to board, as buses will leave promptly and cannot wait. If you plan to drive yourself, please note that the ceremony will begin exactly at 3:30 PM, and the road to the venue will close to outside vehicles at 3:00 PM sharp. You must arrive by or before 3:00 PM if driving. Parking at the venue is limited, so we strongly encourage guests to take the provided shuttle whenever possible.
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Nampa, Idaho at Deer Flat Ranch, about 30 minutes from downtown Boise. Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue, followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing!
Ladies: Colorful, elegant dresses in cocktail or semi-formal styles. Gentlemen: Suits or slacks with a blazer - ties are optional. Please: No jeans. Tip: The ceremony and cocktail hour are on grass, so choose shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in.
July in Boise is typically sunny and warm, with daytime highs in the 80s–90s°F and cooler evenings. Plan for summer weather and plenty of sunshine!
We adore your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only, unless children are specifically included on your invitation. We hope you can join us for a night of fun, food, and dancing!
The Boise Airport (BOI) is about 10–15 minutes from downtown. Most major airlines fly here, and once you land, rideshares (Uber/Lyft) or rental cars are readily available.
