Denver International Airport
Flying into DIA will be the best choice for our guests that are traveling from afar. Once you have arrived in Denver, we recommend renting a car and making the beautiful drive to Estes Park. The wedding venue and accommodations are approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle that can be booked by our guests that runs from the airport to Estes Park, details can be found at the end of this page. Please note, if renting a car the drive from the airport to Estes Park is a "mountain drive" with switchbacks, occasional wildlife, and beautiful views of the Colorado mountains! Please be responsible and careful driving.

We have arranged for a room block for our guests to book through for the wedding weekend. Rooms will be on hold through our block until 60 days before the wedding day. Please call the Hotel at (970) 577-6400 to make your reservation and receive the room block price. Please note, there are other accommodations throughout Estes Park, however we recommend staying on property for ease of transportation to events and limited availability during Colorado's Peak Summer Season. Book Early! Room Options are: Resort Side King $404/ per night Mountain View Lakeside King $444/ per night **If you run into any issues booking, don't hesitate to reach out to Megan or Riley! :) We adore all of your children (little or big!) but hope that arrangements can be made so that you can celebrate and enjoy a weekend away with the Future Dolan's. The wedding weekend is adults only.

There are luxury cabins available on property as well for you to choose from. Follow the link and select the cabin that suits you. All cabins sleep up to 6 people, 2 bed 2.5 bath with a pull out couch. The cabins are equipped with a full kitchen, a jacuzzi on the patio, and great views! We do recommend booking your accommodations soon as Estes Park is a big destination in the summer!

Estes Park Airport Shuttle
There is a shuttle that can pick up guests at DIA and drop off at the Resort. Please visit the link to book, all bookings will need to be booked in advance. Round trip is roughly $135 per person.
