Is there transportation?

We will be providing shuttles from the Estes Park Resort to the welcome party and back to the Estes Park Resort. If you are staying elsewhere, you are welcome to meet the shuttles at the Estes Park Resort to get to the welcome party. Please be aware that there are NO Ubers or ride share options in town. There is a city commuter bus that is great to take you into town if you’d like to explore.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP through our website by April 1st. This will help us plan accordingly with our vendors. While we understand things may come up, we ask that if you RSVP'd yes and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. However, we hope you all can celebrate with us!

What should I wear?

Welcome Party: We hope that you all will embrace Colorado Western vibes with the Bride and Groom! Have fun with it, but of course keep it classy. Wedding: For Men, think classic 'Summer Wedding' vibes; patterned and light colored suit jackets encouraged! For Women, bright colors, patterns, floral mid length dresses.

We have addressed your invite to those invited, we have a tight capacity limit we must stay within for our venue.

We're giving you an excuse for a parent's night out! The Welcome Party location is 21+ years and older and the wedding venue is adults only as well. Thank you for your understanding.
