Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Yes, kids are invited! If you are planning on bringing a guest younger than the age of 18 you will have to stay on the family side of the resort, which is about a 10 min walk. Once you begin making your reservation with our Destination Wedding Planner Brenda you can let her know you have children traveling with you and she will provide you with the resort options.

Is There A Shuttle To And From The Airport?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and drive you directly to the resort, if you would prefer a private shuttle for you and your guest then that can be arranged as well.

Is There A Shuttle To And From The Wedding?

Answer

Yes, all of the guest will be able to call for the Trolley to come to their hotel rooms or the restaurant when they are ready to leave.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

We would like to keep the wedding very intimate and comfortable for everyone, if you are planning to bring a guest with you that we do not know personally we would prefer they attend the reception only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, all food allergies and special requests can be communicated to our Destination Wedding Planner Brenda during the time of booking. You can also write down any food allergies on the save the dates.

Do I Have To Pay For The Reservation Upfront?

Answer

No, all guests will be allowed to begin a payment plan starting from $50-$250. The entire amount would need to be paid by May 2021.

Are There Separate Prices For The Family Resort And The Adults Only Resort?

Answer

Yes, there will be separate prices for both resorts since they allow you access to different restaurants and activities. The adults only resort allows all of their guests to visit all of the other resorts for free. Since the family resort is a little cheaper you will not be able to remain on the adults only side for certain activities it would be a $100 charge each time you cross over.

Are Plane Tickets Included In The Price?

Answer

No, airplane tickets are not included in the overall price. If you would like our Destination Wedding Planner Brenda to book your plane tickets for you she can. Keep in mind plane ticket prices fluctuate if you are looking for lower priced plane tickets it would be best for you to book on your own.

How Many Nights Will I Have To Stay On The Resort?

Answer

All guests attending the wedding will have to stay for at least 3 nights. Darius and myself will be staying for 7 nights, feel welcome to join us!

Are There Any Excursions We Can Book?

Answer

Yes, on our Destination Weddings page we will be able to display some of the excursions we will book ahead of time. The Resort will also provide everyone with the tour guides they work in partnership with and the scheduled times for pick up and drop off.

Can I Request A Song To Be Played?

Answer

Of course! Song Request Cards will be mailed out along with your paper save the dates and invitations.

Can I Change The Type Of Room I Would Like To Book?

Answer

Yes, There are many different types of room options offered on both the Destinations Wedding website and the actual TRS Grand Palladium website. If you are interested in booking a different type of room just email the name of the room to our Destination Wedding Planner Brenda and she will make the arrangements for you.

Can I Reserve My Room Now And Add A Roommate Later?

Answer

Yes, you can reserve your room ahead of time as if you are booking alone. Once you have someone ready to share the room and cost with you send an email to our Destination Wedding Planner Brenda and she will add the guest name onto the booking so the price can be reduced and split between the both of you.
