Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown

PREFERRED HOTEL: Embassy Suites by Hilton is located within walking distance of the boarding area of the yacht and will be the preferred hotel during the weekend festivities. Free transportation to and from this hotel (if needed) to the event will be provided via hotel shuttle or other transportation methods. The Embassy Suites by Hilton offers a complimentary Manger's reception (free drinks and hors d'oeuvres) every evening for its guests. In the event you prefer a different hotel, there are plenty to choose from in the Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater Beach area; however, Michael and Daniel have listed a couple additional hotels in the area closest to the event for your convenience in the links below. Whichever hotel you decide, Michael and Daniel recommend you book early as possible for optimal pricing and vacancy rates. It is Tampa, and hotels generally fill up on the weekends.

Tampa International Airport - TPA

The Tampa area has 2 airports from which to choose. The Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) are the closest in proximity to the wedding event. You may also fly in and out of Orlando International Airport (MCO). MCO is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Tampa.

TECO Streetcar

Michael and Daniel recommend parking guests use the Pam Iorio Parking Garage next to the hotel. Valet Service at the hotel is also available at approximately $45 per night.
