Daniel and Michael will be welcoming everyone to the hotel for the Manager's Welcome Reception! There will be house cocktails and light hors d'oeuvres. Other drinks and eats can be additionally purchased in the hotel bar and lounge. Please Note: To our hotel guests, there are numerous restaurants near the hotel and in the Tampa area for your dining pleasure. We have listed some of those restaurants for your reference under the "Things To Do" section on this site. You may also check with the hotel concierge for any guidance on restaurants, things to do or any other questions you may have. You can also check with Daniel and Michael.

Yacht Boarding
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Boarding begins at 6:00 P.M. sharp. Guest are encouraged to arrive early as they will need to obtain boarding passes and pass through security protocols per the United States Coast Guard. Please keep in mind, this is a scheduled charter; therefore, the yacht will not be held for anyone arriving past the advertised times. For this reason, 5:30 P.M. (or earlier) arrival time is highly recommended!! Please plan accordingly. Before departure and after you have completed the boarding process, Daniel and Michael's signature cocktail, along with other premium refreshments, will be available for your enjoyment.
Ceremony/Exchange of Vowels
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Dress code is dressy, casual. Weather is typically mild (relative to Florida standards) in September, and the temperature will likely be in the 80's; please dress accordingly.
Reception/Party on the Bay
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Daniel and Michael are excited to host their honored guests for a fabulous dinner, great music and an open premium bar! Live DJ entertainment will be also provided to dance the night away in Tampa Bay and celebrate this wonderful occasion in style! Food Buffet Style Menu (tentative) : ~ Watermelon Gazpacho Salad w/Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Grape Tomato ~ Tuscany Chicken with White Bean Cassoulet & Braised Greens ~ Carved Herb Roasted Baron of Beef w/ Peppercorn Demi-Glaze and Horseradish Sauce ~ Lemon Salmon Piccata Sautéed in Butter with Lemon White Wine Sauce and Capers ~ Yukon Potatoes ~ Seasoned Vegetables ~ International Treats Note: A separate selection of food will be available for vegetarians and children. All items will be free of any nut oils and strawberries.
